Hell yes on the inventory sources! One of my goals is to never be desperate for inventory. If only because I see so many people making shitty decisions at auctions simply because they are desperate for inventory. I have ppl bringing stuff to me, go picking every weekend,? and buy estates. We are constantly adding inventory to our store, it never stops. I have stuff sold before I’ve researched and priced it — once I price and research, I let my customer know it’s ready to go. I <3 this business!

10:56, spot on. ? I started by selling stuff around my house. In a span of about two weeks I was able to muster up about 1k. Would have been more but damn ebay fees, but it was a learning experience going through the logistics of selling/packing/shipping/customer service etc. It will give you a small idea of what you will be going through between sorting your items, researching price for the items, ways to list/market your item.
